Meet Olivia Graham
An executive coach and business psychologist, I help leaders become more effective and influential by increasing awareness of how their behaviour directly impacts others. I often work with those new to the C-suite and high-potentials moving from operational to strategic roles.
My approach blends credentials and experience. As a certified Business Psychologist, I bring insights from working with senior leaders in both the public and private sectors, while broad experience across markets and cultures gives me a wide-ranging perspective on how organisations – and people – thrive. I’m also a Master Coach with the International Coach Federation, a distinction held by fewer than 3.5% of its 56,000 members. This background allows me to draw on diverse theories and offer practical strategies that can be readily applied across contexts.
Through a mix of support, encouragement, and “tough love” with humour, I challenge clients to unlock untapped potential. As a result, they consistently exceed their own expectations and often describe our sessions as life changing.
An area of expertise is Power Hour coaching – a high impact, results-driven intervention for individuals facing specific challenges. In just one hour, clients move from feeling stuck to gaining fresh perspectives, actionable insights, and potential solutions. By the end of the session, they’re re-energised, confident, and clear on how to move forwards.
For over a decade, I coached on global Executive Leadership programmes for some of the world’s most prestigious business schools, including Duke, LSE and London Business School. Prior to this, I evaluated candidates for City institutions as a graphologist, deepening my understanding of individual strengths.
A firm believer in life-long learning, I know the effort required, having earned two degrees as a mature student (BA Hons Psychology, Durham; MSc Occupational Psychology, Cardiff), and I continue to invest in my professional development.
