Nurturing Growth, Empowering Success
Meet Olivia Graham
As an executive coach and business psychologist, my primary objective is to enhance the effectiveness of individuals through developing greater self-awareness of their impact. I particularly enjoy working with those new to the C-suite, and high-potentials transitioning from managing projects to leading people, teams, functions and departments.
Through a unique blend of support, encouragement, and “tough love” with humour, I have honed expertise in challenging clients to maximise their untapped potential. As a result, clients consistently exceed their initial expectations and frequently describe our sessions as life-changing.
The strength of my approach lies in a combination of credentials and experience. I am a certified Business Psychologist specialising in development, with insights informed by working at senior levels in both the public and private sectors. Moreover, I am a Master Coach with the International Coach Federation, a distinction achieved by less than 3.5% of its 56,000 members. Leveraging this diverse background enables me to adopt an eclectic coaching style that integrates multiple theories and models to deepen clients’ understanding. Additionally, I introduce practical strategies and techniques that clients can readily apply in different contexts.
One of my areas of expertise is Power Hour coaching – a high impact intervention designed for individuals plagued by specific concerns that keep them awake at night. In just one hour, clients who may have hit a brick wall gain valuable insights and a fresh perspective, enabling them to generate potential solutions to their challenges. By the end of a Power Hour, clients feel re-energised and confident, having attained levels of clarity that had previously eluded them.
With extensive experience working across markets and cultures, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge in diverse industries. For over a decade, I coached on global Executive Leadership programmes for world renowned business schools, including Duke Corporate Education, the London School of Economics, and the London Business School. Prior to that, I evaluated candidates for City institutions and corporations as a graphologist, further enriching my understanding of individuals and their unique strengths.
A firm believer in life-long learning, I know what it entails having gained two degrees while a mature student (BA Hons Psychology, Durham; MSc Occupational Psychology, Cardiff), and continue to invest regularly in my professional development.
